Measures AI turned unstructured customer communications into financial insight.

We ingested customer calls, emails, and chats and used fine-tuned models to answer the questions:

  • What problems are contributing the most to lost sales or customer churn?
  • How much do they cost?

We focused on sales and support teams, but had product leaders as our biggest cheerleaders. Our mission was to "Measure everything."

We were extremely accurate at putting a price on behavior. Our models guessed revenue within 1% of actual with just conversations... no invoice data at all.

We didn't build a repeatable distribution motion fast enough. On Dec 15th, we made the decision to wind down and return capital to our investors.

We set out to build something ambitious and didn't get there. We're proud of the work, the problems we took seriously, and the people who chose to bet on us.

Build V1, assemble a student team, get first customer LOI.

Run first (bad) marketing push. Raise first $25k on a SAFE.

Build V2 of the product, raise another $75k.
Jan 2025
Pivot to customer conversational intelligence, which is closer to ROI. Raise another $25k, bring on Cameron Davis.
March 2025
Build V3 of the product. Run a better marketing push.
April 2025
Sell first $5k in billed revenue, and win 2nd place in the New Venture Challenge, the biggest Colorado pitch competition. Win a $10k prize.
May 2025
Roll out to first customer and iterate. Graduate from college, our student team members leave the company.
June 2025
Sales and marketing become more stable.
July 2025
Our models determine revenue within 1% of actual with just conversations... no invoice data at all.
August 2025
Achieve $30k ARR, including from PE-backed firms.
September 2025
Raise another $50k, win 1st in the CSW Tech Showcase.
October 2025
Revenue has plateaued. Pivot our strategy, and set stop losses. Begin paying off tech debt.
November 2025
Fix huge number of product problems and build our biggest volume of top-of-funnel ever. Make more progress in a month than in the last 4 combined.
December 2025
Miss our stop loss, make shutdown decision, return capital to investors.
