We ingested customer calls, emails, and chats and used fine-tuned models to answer the questions:
- What problems are contributing the most to lost sales or customer churn?
- How much do they cost?
We focused on sales and support teams, but had product leaders as our biggest cheerleaders. Our mission was to "Measure everything."
We were extremely accurate at putting a price on behavior. Our models guessed revenue within 1% of actual with just conversations... no invoice data at all.
We didn't build a repeatable distribution motion fast enough. On Dec 15th, we made the decision to wind down and return capital to our investors.
We set out to build something ambitious and didn't get there. We're proud of the work, the problems we took seriously, and the people who chose to bet on us.
